Pakistan Case Law (the “Site”) is a free research tool. It does not ask you to register, and it does not collect your name, address, phone number or any similar personal identifier in order for you to search or read judgments.

We use the limited information above only to operate, secure and improve the Site — for example, to keep it running reliably, to see which cases and topics are in demand, and to guide future improvements. We do not use it to identify individual users.
The judgments made available on this Site are public documents of the courts. They are not personal data of the operator’s making; where a judgment itself contains names or particulars of parties, those already appear in the public record as published by the courts and the official law reports.
Aside from Google Analytics (Google LLC), we do not share the information we collect with third parties, except where required by law. We do not sell any data.
The Site is a legal-research resource intended for a general and professional audience and is not directed at children.
