MUNIR A. SHEIKH, J.- It is stated that in the same disciplinary proceedings, other persons were also inflicted the penalty of recovery of specified amounts against which, law has already been granted in C.P. Nos. 240 to 246 of 2003 and order passed staying the recover.
2. Till the disposal of the main petition, the operator of the order to the extent of recovery of the amount in dispute shall remain suspended.
