' The petitioner is here on ad interim pre-arrest bail vide order of this Court dated 11-6-2003.
2. On the other hand, we have the complainant and Asghar Ali, A.S.-I. The complainant states that he was waylaid and deprived of his property through robbery but he was unable to identify the assailant. According to him, the petitioner was not the person amongst those who had waylaid him.
3. After what the complainant has stated before this Court, this is a case of further inquiry whether the petitioner was a robber or there was someone else.
4. Under the circumstances, ad interim pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner is confirmed. But he anyway is asked to continue joining investigation.
