1. MIAN MUHAMMAD NAJAM-UZ-ZAMAN, J.- For the reasons recorded in Writ Petition No. 15428/2002, instant writ petition is allowed. The petitioners namely Makhdoom Salahuddin Gilani, M.A. Hameed and Muhammad Ejaz are already on interim bail allowed by the august Supreme Court of Pakistan vide order dated 9.9.2000 in Cr. M.A. No. 246 of 2002 in Crl. Petition No. 704-L of 2002. The interim bail of the petitioners stands confirmed subject to furnishing fresh bail bonds to the tune of Rs.
2. 5,00,000/- each with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Deputy Registrar (Judl.) of this Court.
