The dispute, as noted in the admitting order, dated 16-8-2002, is in respect of the Vehicle No,MNV- 2400. The petitioner Fauzia Munir and the respondent No,2, namely, Najma Rani claim to be owners of the vehicle. The learned trial Court will decide this issue and any decision, rendered by the trial Court, shall be binding on the Registration Authority.
2. The trial Court is also competent to pass any interim orders on applications moved by either party. If the petitioner Fauzia Munir is aggrieved of the order dated 9-8-2002 passed by the Registering Authority, it will be within the rights of the petitioner to make an application to the trial Court and seek interim orders in this behalf. This petition is disposed of with the above observation.
