IFTIKHAR HUSSAIN CHAUDHRY, C.J.- The applicants filed a suit against Industrial Development Bank of Pakistan in Banking Court No. Iii, Lahore. Industrial Development Bank of Pakistan instituted a suit against applicants, namely, Pahrianwali Sugar Mills Limited in the Banking Court No. II, Lahore.
2. Application was submitted for entrustment of both the suits to one Court.
3. Notice of the application was issued to respondents. Learned counsel for the parties have been heard in the matter.
4. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to entrustment of both the suits to one Court. As a consequence Suit No. 18/2003 (IDBP v. Pahrianwali Sugar Mills Limited) is withdrawn from Banking Court No. II, Lahore and is entrusted to Banking Court No. III, Lahore, where the same shall be heard along with the suit filed by Pahrianwali Sugar Mills Limited against the Bank.
