ORDER MUNIR A. SHEIKH, lt is an admitted position that originally this land was allotted to the respondents in the year 1963 and thereafter litigation started. The petitioners claimed to be in possession but it is found that neither in the writ petition before the High Court nor in this petition, it has been disclosed as to how they were put in possession of the property when admittedly it was allotted to the respondents in the year 1963 who should be presumed to be in possession thereof.

2. Leamed counsel for the petitioners want to file certified copies of the revenue record to establish that the petitioners are in possession of the property.

3. He may do so.
