' The petitioner is involved in a case under section 406/409/420, P. P. C. Relating to the misappropriation of a sum of Rs, 30,000. His petition for bail came up before me at Bahawalpur on 22-6-1977, but I refused him bail as the investigation had not been completed till then. I, however, directed the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation expeditiously and in any case within a month. As instructed by the Head Constabl present in Court, learned counsel for the State has informed that the investigation against the petitioner has been completed but the challan I not being submitted to the Court because one of the accused persons an absconder. It is conceded that the petitioner is in the judicial lock-u since 27-6-1977, and is no longer required by the police. It is also not disputed that the third accused in the case namely, Muhammad Rafique has been granted bail by my learned brother Muhammad Siddique, J.
2. In the circumstances, I admit the petitioner to bail in the sum of Rs, 30,000 with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of A. C. Bahawalpur.
