' The bailiff has submitted the report and his statement has been recorded. He states that he raided the house of the respondent with the help of the police and found Mst. Kaniz Fatima lying there in chains. Both of her legs were tied with an iron-chain which he has produced in Court. He further states that the Assistant Sub-Inspector made arrangements for getting the chain removed from the legs of the detenu. Mst. Kaniz Fatima detenu has complained that she was wrongfully confined by the respondent who committed rape with her several times. She further states that she wants to live with her aunt Mst. Sardaran Bibi petitioner. She is sui furls. She is allowed to go.
Wherever she likes.
2. As the detenu Mst. Kaniz Fatima has charged the respondent with a heinous offence like rape, I direct the Station House Officer, Police Station, Athara Hazari, District Jhang, to register a case against him and proceed according to law. The chains produced in Court will be forwarded to the police concerned.
3. The security deposited by the petitioner shall be refunded to her.
