1. ' Contends that the petitioner had married Zulfiqar, co-accused vide Nikahnama dated 31-10-2002 and a case was registered vide F.I.R.
2. ' No,42 dated 5-2-2003 stating therein the abduction of the petitioner by Zulfiqar, co-accused on 8- 1-2002, therefore. It has been prayed that the said F.I.R. Be ordered to be quashed.

The petitioner should join the investigation and the Investigating Officer is directed to record the version of the petitioner correctly and also receive documentary as well as oral evidence the petitioner intends to produce in her defence.
4. ' If the petitioner is not satisfied with the investigation being conducted by the local police she may move application to the A.S.P. City, Sargodha for transfer of the investigation. Who will ensure impartial and honest investigation in the light of version of the petitioner. The investigation be completed within a period of two weeks, and the result of the investigation be sent to this Court through Deputy Registrar (Judicial).
