ORDERMUHAMMADSAIR ALI, J.- Mr. Khan Muhammad Virk, Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondents and stated that show-cause notice(s) against the petitioner has/have already been vacated and respondents do not intend proceeding against the petitioner on the basis of the Said show-cause notice(s) and that this petition has fructified.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner confirmed the factum of vacation of show-cause notices and stated that F.I.R, registered on the basis of the show-cause notice(s), was pending action against the petitioner.
3. On this statement, learned counsel for the respondents responded that since the show-cause notices have already been vacated, therefore, the F.I.R, is bound to be cancelled and no action is likely to be taken thereupon.
4. In view of this statement, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the ,present'petition, which is accordingly disposed of.
