' This order shall dispose of Writ Petition No,15947 of 1999 and Writ Petition No,4815 of 2000. Initially the petitioner alongwith some others filed Writ Petition No,15947 of 1999 with the prayer that the official respondents be directed by the Administrator to probe into the affairs of Y.W.C.A., Lahore.
Writ Petition No,4815 of 2000 was filed later with the prayer that the governing body be suspended and an Administrator be appointed and the election be held under supervision of the Administrator. At the same time a prayer was made for the stay of election that were going to be held on 23-3-2000 (Writ Petition No,4815 of 2000 was filed on 21-3-2000). This later writ petition came up before the Court on 22-3-2000 when notices were issued. In C.M. 2 of 2000 interim order was passed to the effect that the proposed elections may be held but may not be confirmed.
2. Mr. Abdul Wahid Qazi, Advocate, informs that the said elections were held and the applicants in C.M. No,2 of 2000 were elected to various offices.
3. Mr. Ali Akbar Qureshi, Advocate, on the other hand insists that no elections within the meaning of revised Constitution of Y.W.C.A., Lahore had taken place. He, however, states that his client would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the effect that elections be held in accordance with the said Constitution.
4. Mr. Abdul Wahid Qazi, Advocate, who is representing the present office-bearers does not object.
On the other hand, he states that the elections could not be held for the year 2001 because of the said interim order of this Court. I find that Annual Business Meeting of the said Association is to be held in March of each year. At the time of said Annual Business Meeting, the President is to be elected by secret ballot of the voting members from the nominations to be submitted by the Nomination Committee. While other office-bearers are to be elected by the Board of Management from within its membership on the first meeting of the Board after Annual Business Meeting. The Nominating Committee is to be constituted and elected in the manner provided in Section of the Article X of the said Constitution.
5. Learned A.A.-G. Is also of the opinion that the writ petitions be disposed of in the manner suggested by the learned counsel for they petitioner and agreed to by Mr. Abdul Wahid Qazi.

6. The President of National Y.W.C.A. (respondent No,2) shall make arrangement for the said elections and in case some directions or assistance is required she may approach respondent No,1 who shall provide assistance in the matter.
7. Both the writ petitions are disposed of accordingly with no orders as to costs.
