' This is a petition for cancellation of bail granted to Muhammad alias Mamman, Mopal and Haq Nawz respondents accused in a case under section 302/307/148/149, P. P. C. By the learned Sessions Judge, Jhang vide his order dated 25-1-1977. The report was lodged at Police Station, Saddar, Jhang on 16-9-1976 at 8-15 a.m. With regard to an occurrence which took place on the same day at Sargiwela. Rab Nawaz complainant lodged the report. The deceased Muhammad Nawaz is the real brother of the complainant.
2. I have gone through the report and impugned order. The three respondents/accused are alleged to have caught hold of the deceased who was going ahead of the complainant and tried to fell him down on the ground and in that process Muhammad co-accused of the respondents gave Kulhari blow hitting him blow on the neck at the back. The deceased fell down and Zulfiqar another co-accused gave a blow in front of the neck of the deceased. The respondent/accused appear to be empty-handed at the time of occurrence. I see nothing wrong with the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Jhang and see no ground to cancel the bail of the respondents and dismiss this petition.
