ORDER

1. This is an Appeal under section 25(4) of Anti-Terrorism Act read with section 417, Cr.P.C. against the judgment dated 4-9-2000 passed by the learned Anti-Terrorism Court No,3, Karachi, in Special Case No,9 of 1999 whereby the respondent has been acquitted of the charge under sections 302/34/109, P.P.C.

2. The learned A.A.-G has taken us through the impugned judgment. He has not been able to point out any illegality or infirmity in the impugned judgment. After going through the Impugned Judgment we are of the opinion that the learned trial Court has rightly appreciated the evidence and material available on record and consequently no interference is required with the judgment of acquittal recorded by the learned trial Court. The appeal stands dismissed in limine.
