In the initial investigation, the petitioner had been found innocent. The next S.H.O. However, found him guilty and submitted a challan but the S.D.P.O. While verifying this investigation did not agree with the S.H.O. And declared that the petitioner was innocent. Similar was the opinion of the Range Crimes Branch and such is also the opinion of the Provincial Crime Branch.
2. In this view the matter, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in case F.I.R. No,534 dated 8-10-2000 of Police Station, Kunjah of District Gujrat subject to his furnishing srety in the sum of Rs,50,000 (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
