ORDER MIAN HAMID FAROOQ. J.- Nobody has entered appearance on behalf of the appellant to prosecute the present appeal, meaning thereby that they are not interested in pursuing the appeal. Additionally, from the examination of the impugned judgment, we find that the impugned judgment, we find that the impugned judgment and decree was passed in consequence of a settlement/arrangement entered into between the parties, thus the same is a consent decree, as such not appealable under Section 96(3) of Code of Civil Procedure, 19G8.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record a letter dated 28.6.2002 issued by the appellant Bank, thereby certifying that the account of the .Respondents has been adjusted under some incentive scheme. ?

3. In view of afore-narrated facts, the. Present appeal stands-dismissed. -
