1. ' The alleged abductee, namely, Mst. Nazia Parveen, has been produced by Mian Khan, Inspector/S.H.O., Police Station Saddar, bepalpur, District Okara. According to him, she was recovered during the police pickets from Muhammad Tufail respondent No, 7 who has given his father's name as Muhammad Amin. The learned counsel for the petitioner Muhammad Tufail in W.P No,18030/2001/respondent No, 7 in the instant petition has produced a copy of the report dated 7- 10-2001 issued by Police Station Chaung, Lahore, wherein it is stated that the accompanying man who fled away was Muhammad Iqbal petitioner. Be that as it may, according to the alleged abductee, she was abducted by Muhammad Tufail, thereafter subjected to rape and she was made to sign some documents as well. The S.H.O., present in Court, will record the statement of the alleged abductee and after making probe, if he finds that commission of some cognizable offence is disclosed, he will register the case and thereafter embark upon the investigation so that real culprits are dealt with in accordance with law. Disposed of with these directions.
