JAWWAD S. KHAWAJA, J.---With the consent of learned counsel for both parties a decree for Rs,5,30,000 is passed against the appellant in favour of the respondent-Bank. The said amount shall be paid by the appellant to the respondent-Bank within three months of the date of this judgment.

2. The appellant shall be entitled to negotiate sale of her House bearing No,294, Block-1, Sector CII, Township Scheme, Lahore, provided the purchaser of the property directly deposits the aforesaid decretal amount of Rs,5,30,000 with the respondent-Bank. If the amount aforesaid is not deposited with the respondent-Bank within three months from today, the decree of the learned Banking Court shall stand restored, which the Bank shall be entitled to enforce through all available means.
