' The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that no identification parade was he'd and that the only allegation against the petitioner was that certain prize bonds had been recovered from the possession of the petitioner on 15-11-75. It is further pointed out that co-accused Zubair Shah, from whom recovery of bonds had taken place, has been released on bail. The learned counsel for the State conceded that the petitioner was not put toll identification parade. Since no identification parade was held and the l petitioner is in jail since 15-11-75 I allow him bail in the sum of Rs, 10,000 with) one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of D. R. (Judi.).
