ORDER

Admittedly the appellant has failed to deposit a sum of Rs,30 million with Messrs C.I.R.C. As detailed in the order, dated 7-11-2001. Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has made an application for extension of time which has not been put up with the appeal. Therefore, seeks some time. However, we are not persuaded. The order dated 7-11-2001 recorded on the offer of the appellant is self-executory in nature. Mere fact that an application for extension has been made will not bar giving effect to that order.

2. Accordingly in terms of para.4 of the order, dated 7-11-2001 this appeal shall stand dismissed.
