' Learned counsel for the parties request for appointment of a Chartered Accountant/Commissioner to audit the account maintained by the defendant with the plaintiff w,e,f,, 1-1-1985 to 30-4-2000 for the purpose of audit and with finding as to the liability of the defendant they have agreed for the appointment of Messrs Mustafa Siddiqui & Co., the fee would be settled and borne by defendant No, 1 . The Auditor of Commissioner after auditing the account and liability of the defendant in respect of Current Finance and Running Finance will submit report to the Court within three months.
