IRSHAD HASAN KHAN, C.J. -- Through this common order, we intend to dispose of the above petitions arising out of the consolidated judgment dated 17.10.2000 passed in Appeal No. 3510/1999 by the Punjab Service Tribunal.

Briefly, the facts are that the Punjab Service Tribunal set aside the compulsory retirement of the respondentsheadmaster/headmistresses into censure in the case of the respondent-Qazi Abdul Rehman's, Mst. Kishwar Sultana, Ashfaq Ahmed, and Ghulam Rasool Ghazi. With regard to respondent-Muhammad Siddique, his compulsory retirement was set aside and instead stoppage of one increment was directed.
3. Mr. M. Anwar Ghumman, learned ASC for the petitioners argued that the respondents were liable to be retired compulsorily from service on account of their failure to show good results and the learned Tribunal was not right in giving weight age to the entries in the Annual Confidential Reports of the respondents.
4. Be that as it may, the question raised herein is of individual nature. We are not satisfied that any question of public importance within the contemplation of Article 212 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 is involved to justify interference. Resultantly, the petitions are dismissed and leave declined.
