RIAZ AHMED, J. -- Leave to appeal is sought against the order dated 5.12.2000 whereby the appeal of the respondent calling in question termination of his services was dismissed by Punjab Service Tribunal as barred by time. We have gone through the judgment impugned and heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In our view no question of public importance is involved in this petition, therefore, we are not inclined to interfere with the judgment impugned. Petition is dismissed and leave to appeal refused accordingly.
