Submits that the brothers of the petitioners and petitioner himself were working as servants under respondents Nos,3 to 5 but later on they discontinued working as mentioned above due to which respondents Nos,3 to 5 caused illegal harassment to the petitioner and to his, brothers through respondents Nos,1 and 2, therefore, respondents Nos,1 and 2 be directed not to cause illegal harassm ent to the petitioner.

In view of the above respondents Nos,1 and 2 are directed not to cause any illegal has assessm ent to the petitioner and to his family members and if respondents Nos,3 and 5 have any civil dispute they may settle the same through Civil Court and if any criminal case has been registered against the petitioner or any one other out of his family, respondents Nos, 1 and 2 shall proceed in the same strictly within the corners of law.
