CH. IJAZ AHMAD, J.--- The parawise comments filed by respondents No. 1 and 2 reveal that Ministry of Health has also received complaints against Colleges. In order to verify the facts the Govt.
Decided to inspect these Colleges by joint inspection team comprising of Govt. Officers and member of Council and further action shall be taken on the basis of these reports.
2. The petitioner's counsel submits that respondents have recognized certain Colleges without any inspection; he further submits that action of respondents is without lawful authority.

The respondents' counsel submits that action of respondents is in accordance with law as respondents pointed out deficiercies out the petitioner failed to remove the deficiencies as pointed out by the competent authority. This Court has no jurisdiction to decide the disputed question of fact in Constitutional jurisdiction.
'4. I have given my anxious consideration to the contentions of learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. In case the contents of writ petition and parawise comments are put in juxta position, then it brings the case in the area of disputed question of facts. This Court has no jurisdiction to resolve the disputed question of facts in Constitutional jurisdiction as. The law laid down in Muhammad Younas Khan's case (1993 SCM R 618). However, in view of the parawise comments filed by respondents No. 1 and 2, respondents are directed to. Finalize the matter as mentioned in parawise comments preferably within one month, after receiving the order of this Court. Respondents No. 1 and 2 are further directed to submit report to the D.R. (Judi) of this Court within the stipulated period. Kh. Saeed-uz-Zafar Deputy Attorney General shall notify the order to the respondents.
