MAULVI ANWARUL HAQ, J.--- This is an application for readmission of R.S.A. No. 90/85 which was dismissed on 14.11.2000.
2. It is stated in the application that the cause list was not received by the learned counsel for the applicants for the said date. I find that learned counsel has not filed any affidavit in support of the said contention. I also find that application is absolutely silent as to how the applicants acquired knowledge of the fact of dismissal. Even this much has not been stated as to when they acquired the said knowledge. In this view of the matter this application which is on the face of it barred by time is dismissed. Both these C.Ms. Stand disposed of accordingly.
