' The report submitted by respondents Nos.2 and 3 shows that the police has registered a case on the petitioner's report vide F.1.R. No,120, dated 30-4-2001 relating to demolition of boundry wall of his house and theft of his household articles. This occurrence had taken place on 29-4-2001. At the end of para. 3 of the report, it is stated "on 6-5-2001, the inhabitants got demolished house of the complainant through some school boys." Obviously, this is a separate occurrence. The petitioner's version is that A.S.I. Muhammad Ashraf of Police Station Saddar, Sialkot colluded with the accused persons, took him away from his house illegally and kept him confined in the Police Station for three days i.e, from 6-4-2001 to 8-4-2001. During this period, he was pressurized by the S.H.O. And writing was obtained from him regarding sale of the house of his wife in consideration of Rs,35,000; that Muhammad Ashraf A.S.I. Got his house demolished, tortured and injured his wife and children. No case in respect of the second occurrence has been registered by the police so far. The S.H.O.
Present in Court states that if the petitioner lodges any oral or written report in respect of the second occurrence, he will register a case and investigate the same in accordance with the law.
2. Therefore, the petitioner may approach the S.H.O. And lodge a verbal or written report in respect of his grievance regarding demolition of his house and injuries caused to his wife. The S.H.O. Will duly register a case and investigate the same in accordance with the law. The petition is disposed of with the above order.
