KHAWAJA MUHAMMAD SHARIF, J.-- This is writ petition against the impugned judgment dated 21.2.2000 passed by learned Addl: Sessions Judge, Kamalia.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had purchased the vehicle in question from one Zafar Faiz then he sold the same to Sardar Hussain respondent No. 2, who further sold the same to Shaukat Hayat respondent No. 3, that registration book was lost and petitioner got a report entered' in the daily diary register of the concerned P.S. On 27.11.1999, that in fact, the petitioner is real owner of the said vehicle and the "superdari" of the same should had been granted to him.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that in fact the vehicle in question is with the present petitioner and the original registration Book is with the respondent No. 2.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned Addl. A.G. Also did not support the contentions of learned counsel for the petitioner. A case has been registered, challan has been submitted in the Court. The points raised, need deeper appraisal of evidence which can only be done by the learned Trial Court and I hope the same will be done, there is no merit in this petition and the same is dismissed. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the case as early as possible. revisions by the competent authorities.
