AMIR ALAM KHAN, J.--- The question forming subject-matter of this writ petition has already been decided by me vide my order dated 18.2.2000 rendered in Writ Petition No. 2680/2000.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Assistant Advocate General, I am not persuaded to take a different view, therefore, this petition is accepted, resultantly the respondent authorities are directed to entertain and decide the application of the petitioner in accordance with law as also keeping in view the observations made therein and the dictum of the judgment dated 16.3.1999 rendered in Writ Petition No. 3848/1999 within seven days from today.

Before parting with this judgment I may also observe here that previously drugs sale licences were being issued, which were commonly known as drugs sale licences Nos. 20 and 21, while presently they are issued as drugs sale licences Nos. 10 and 11. It is conceded by the Drug Inspector that licence bearing No. 9 has already been issued to the petitioner, while the authority concerned is prepared to issue drugs sale licences Nos. 10 and 11. So be it.
4. The petition is accepted in the terms noted above. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
