ORDER

KARAMAT NAZIR BHANDARI, J.--- The grievance is that electricity was disconnected on 24.9.2000 without prior notice. On behalf of respondents Mian Khurshid Alam Ramay, Advocate, has laced on record the written statement with which is annexed copy of the notice dated 14.9.2000. The perusal of the case shows that certain allegations for breach of conditions of supply of energy have been made. The report on the notice is that petitioner is not available on the site and in fact a sugarcane crusher, PCO etc. Are available and the persons have refused to take the notice.

2. Since the decision of the writ petition is dependent upon investigation and conclusion of questions of fact, this Court does not proceed to investigate these questions under Article 199 of the Constitution.

3. Copy of the notice has been delivered to the learned counsel for the petitioner today in Court.

The petitioner May proceed to reply and contest the same. Respondent No. 2 is directed to investigate the questions involved and decide the claim of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. For this period, respondent No. 2 may also consider the question of .Interim/conditional restoration of the supply.
