1. JAWWAD S. KHAWAJA, J.--- Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation has placed on record a statement of account which shows a total amount of Rs.1,07,168/- outstanding due and payable by the petitioner. The respondent Corporation would, therefore, be entitled to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with the powers vested in it under law. The petitioner shall also be entitled to invoke any legal remedies available to him. In this view of the matter, the petition is disposed of.
