ORDER

1. MUHAMMAD HALEEM. J.-The above petitions are allowed to be with--drawn on the undertaking having been given by the Advocate-General, Sind, that a complete challan would be presented in the competent Court by the end of this month and the case of the co-accused. Jam Sadiq Ali, would be separated and proceedings against him would be taken under section 512, Cr. P. C.

2. Further we would direct the trial Court to expedite the trial so as to complete the recording of the evidence within six months If the petitioners are so advised they can seek bail from the trial Court which would be competent to consider the request on merits in the light of the evidence so recorded.

3. Subject to the above, the petitions ate dismissed as withdrawn.
