1. ORDER CH. IJAZ AHMAD, J.-- The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "It is most respectfully prayed that the respondents may kindly be directed to clear the balance dues of pension of the petitioner from the date of his retirement i.e. 10.1.1996 in the interest of justice."

2. The learned counsel of the petitioner stated that the petitioner approached the respondents for redressal of his grievance but the respondents did not redress the grievance. Therefore, the petitioner being aggrieved by the circumstances i.e this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer. Let a copy of the writ petition be sent to respondent No. 1 who is directed to look into the matter personally and pass an appropriate order strictly in accordance with law preferably within one month after receiving the order of this Court. The learned counsel of the petitioner is directed to had over a copy of the writ petition to the learned Addl. A.G! Who shall send the same to respondent No. 1 for necessary action and compliance. He is directed to send report to the Deputy Registrar(J) of this Court within the stipulated period. With these observations this writ petition is disposed of. revisions by the competent authorities.
