MIAN ALLAH NAWAZ, J. - This order will govern two Constitutional Petitions bearing W.P. No. 393/75 and 1710/81.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw these petitions on the instructions of Faruq Akram Cheema, one of the petitioners, in order to agitate the matter with regard to question of resumption of the property in dispute made by the Land Commissioner vide order dated 29.11.1972. The learned counsel further states that he will move an application before the aforesaid authority for the condonation of time spent before this Court in these proceedings. No exception is taken to this request by the opposite said. We are clear that if the petitioners make any move their prayer for condonation of time will be examined by the concerned forum strictly in accordance with law and after taking into consideration the ground-realities of the case. It is also made clear that the aforesaid authority will determine the matter without being influenced by an order of the Federal Land Commission, strictly in accordance with law. These petitions so stand disposed of in above terms. revisions by the competent authorities.
