He has not been able to cite any authority on the point that in a revision, bail can be granted if the revision has not been decided within six months and the sentence of imprisonment does not exceed three years, but anyhow section 439, Cr. P. C. States that the revisional Court can pass order under section 425, Cr. P. C. Since section 1-A is part of section 426, the , revisional Court has power to bail out persons coming in revision if the revi-' sion has not been decided within six months and the sentence of imprisonment does not exceed three years. The petitioners ate therefore admitted to bail to the sum of Rs, 5,000 each with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Assistant Commissioner, Sargodh.
