Through this Constitutional Petition, the two petitioners sought direction to respondents 1 to 3 not to harass, pressurize or coerce petitioner No,2 to divorce petitioner No,1 who claim to be the legally wedded husband and wife. According to para. 4 of this writ petition, it is stated that "father of petitioner No,1 managed to marry petitioner No,1 with respondent No,6" without her consent. It is also stated in para.5 that on 9-2-1999, she married petitioner No,2 of her own free-will.
2. Malik Muhammad Shabbir Langrial, Advocate who has appeared at this stage has brought to my notice that a criminal case F.I.R. No, 111 of 1999 under section 16 of the Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance No,VII of 1979, already stands registered against the petitioners at Police Station Jatoi, District Muzaffargarh on 5-3-1999.
' In view of the registration of the criminal case against the petitioners the direction for being sought through this petition, cannot be granted. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
