Through this writ petition, petitioner has prayed for the registration of a criminal case against the respondent No,1 namely Javed Nasim, Magistrate, Municipal Corporation, Sargodha on the charge that on 28-12-1999 at about 4-30 p.m, he after breaking the locks entered into his Dawakhana and took away medicines along with cash.

Javed Nasim, Magistrate Municipal Corporation, Sargodha was summoned, who submits that the learned Deputy Commissioner, Sargodha received many complaints with regard to the preparation and sale of spurious medicines by the petitioner and under his direction, a raid was conducted upon the Dawakhana of the petitioner and number of medicines were taken into custody which have been sent to the office of Chemical Examiner and upon the receipt of report legal action, if advised by the legal branch, shall be initiated.

Respondent No,1 namely Javed Nasim, Magistrate, Municipal Corporation Sargodha has conducted the raid at the Dawakhana of the petitioner under the valid direction of the Deputy Commissioner, Sargodha as there were numerous complaints with regard- to the preparation and sale of spurious medicines. Finding no force for issuance of direction as prayed for by the petitioner in this petition, same stands dismissed.
