' This is a revision, filed under section 38(3-a) of. The Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, against the orders, dated 25-4-1998, 16-5-1998, 26-5-1998 and 17-2-1998, passed by the learned Labour Court No,5 at Karachi.
2. Mr. Ashraf Rizvi, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that he has challenged a number of orders, dated 26-5-1998, 16-5-1998, 25-4-1998 and 17-2-1998 and, other orders including the order of admission. It seems convenient to reproduce the prayer clause in its entirety, which reads as under:-- "The above information is being submitted for the purpose of exercise of the suo motu powers under section 38(3-a) of the I.R.O., 1969 by this Hon'ble Tribunal to call for the R&P of Case No,8 of 1999 under section 10 of the I.R.O., 1969 from the Sindh Labour Court No,V for the purpose of satisfying itself as to the correctness, legality, propriety of the orders, dated 26-5-1998, 16-5-1998, 25-4-1998, 17-2-1998 and the other orders, including the order to admit and register the case, without jurisdiction."
3. I called upon the learned counsel to pinpoint the order against which this revision is aimed at, but he failed to do so. Therefore, I treat this revision application as bad for misjoinder of numerous causes of action and dismiss the same.
4. The appellant may, however, be at liberty to file separate revision applications, if so-advised.
