ORDER RASHID AZIZ KHAN, C.J. - Notice sent to respondent was served but he refused to accept the service. In these circumstances, he will be proceeded ex parte.
2. Petitioner in support of her application, has sworn an affidavit which has not been controverted by the other side. In view of her apprehension of maltreatment if she goes to Sahiwal, her application is accepted and it is directed that suit filed by the respondent for restitution of conjugal rights titled "Ghulam Mustafa vs. . Mst. Dilshad" pending before. Judge Family Court, Sahiwal, shall be transferred to Judge Family Court, Faisalabad and shall be heard along with the suit filed by the petitioner. Application is disposed of.
