1. MALIK MUHAMMAD QAYYUM, J.- Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner has already filed his income tax return on which no decision has as yet been taken. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the return shall be decided strictly in accordance with law and the questions raised in this petition namely as to whether the funds received by the petitioner under the golden handshake scheme qualify as salary shall also be adverted to. This petition appears to have become infructuous.
