1. ' It is alleged that firing was exchanged between the parties from a close range but admittedly nobody was injured from the either side. This fact by itself requires further probe in the matter. The applicant is in custody since 19-4-1995 and till date even charge has not been framed against the applicant by the Trial Court. Under the circumstances, the applicant is entitled to bail.
2. ' Accordingly, bail is granted to the applicant in the sum of Rs,50,000 (Rupees fifty thousand) and P.R. Bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
