FAQIR MUHAMMAD KHOKHAR, J.- The petitioner seeks the cancellation of bail in case FIR No. 748/98 dated 26.10.1998 under Sections 506/337-H(ii)/34 PPC registered at P.S. Noshera Virkan, District Gujranwala, which was granted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gujranwala.
2. At the outset, the learned State Counsel pointed out that the challan in this case has already been submitted before the learned trial Court. I am, therefore, not persuaded to cancel the bail as it is likely to cause prejudice to the either side in the trial of the case.
3. In this view of the matter, this application fails and is dismissed.
