IFTIKHAR HUSSAIN CHAUDHRY, J.- Petitioner seeks post arrest bail in case FIR No. 45/1997, dated 190.2.1997 under sections 302/201/34 PPC, P.S. Badami Bagh, Lahore. Dead-body of Luqman son of the complainant was recovered from sewerage whereafter the aforesaid case was registered and present petitioner was arrested in that case.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the State have been heard in the matter and record seen. The petitioner was implicated in the case in the supplementary statement made by the complainant and the material collected during investigation in the form of circumstantial evidence is rather tanuous and does not connect the petitioner with the commission of offence adequately.
His case under the circumstances is considered to be that of further inquiry.
3. The petitioner is allowed bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.
