DR. KHALID RANJHA, J.- This is a petition for quashment of FIR registered on 31-10-1996. However, it is maintained that the petitioner was not aware that the challan had been submitted at the time of the filing of this petition. Kousar Ali ASI is present with the police record submits that the challan was submitted in this case way back 18-12-1996. He is not aware about the progress of the trial. The petitioner has not moved the trial Court in the terms of Section 249-A Cr.P.C, so far. He may do so in the first instance if so advised.
2. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed.
