IFTIKHAR AHMAD CHEEMA, J. - Respondent No. 3/SHO P.S. Sehja Tehsil Khanpur, District Rahimyar Khan was directed by my learned brother Muhammad Zafar Yasin, J. To produce Mst. Manzoor Mai, the alleged detenue, before this Court vide order dated 6.7.1998. She has been produced today. As per allegation, she had been illegally detained by respondents Nos. 1 and 2 in Mouza Kot Daiha Tehsil Khanpur. In order to ascertain the truth the statement of the detenue is recorded.
2. She has unambiguously stated in her statement that she was putting up in the house of her parents freely. She was not detained there by respondents Nos. 1 and 2. The allegation in the writ petition has no grain of truth against respondents Nos. 1 and 2, and she wants to accompany with her parents.
3. In the view of the matter, the allegation of illegal detention of Mst. Manzooran Mai by respondents Nos. I and 2 stands not proved. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed and she is allowed to go wherever she wants. The security tee may be refunded to the petitioner subject to rules.
