ORDER

IHSAN-UL-HAQ CHAUDHRY, J.- The relevant facts, for the decision of this bail petition are that petitioners were booked by the police vide F.I.R. No.371, dated 27.11.1996 under Sections 302, 148/149, PPC, Police Station Sadar Bhukkar. The petitioners-applied for grant of bail, which was rejected by the Duty Sessions Judge, Bhakkar vide- order dated 05.3.1998. The petitioners moved the present application assailing the abovesaid order. Notice was issued to the State which is represented.

2. It is argued that investigation has been conducted by the local police and S.P. (Crime). They found the petitioners innocent.

3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant argued that there are cross-cases going on between the petitioners. It is added that in one of the Zimni 184 persons have deposed against the petitioners.

4. I have given my anxious consideration to the arguments and gone through the record. The petitioners were not found guilty by any of the Investigating Officers. This fact alone makes the case against the petitioners of further inquiry.

5. The upshot of above discussion is that the application is accepted. The result is that the petitioners are allowed bail subject to furnishing of bail bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with two sureties in the equal amount to the satisfaction of trial Court. It is directed that trial Court shall conclude the trial before the end of June, 1998.
