1. ZAFAR PASHA CHAUDHRI, J. - Submits that the petitioner has been declared to be innocent as his name has been recommended to be placed in Column No.2 of the challan. Further submits that the investigation has been entrusted to Munir Ahmed Bhatti, DSP. Be that as it may, the petitioner has been declared to be' innocent by the previous Investigating Officer. She being .Woman having suckling baby with her and the injury attributed to her is bone deep meaning thereby that bone has not been fracture?!.

Her interim bail is, therefore, confirmed subject to her furnishing fresh bail bonds in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C/Area Magistrate, Sheikhupura. She will, however, keep on joining the investigation and in case she does not co- operate with the investigation or cause any delay in the trial, the prosecution may move for her cancellation.
