SHAIKH ABDUR RAZZAQ, J.- In obedience to order dated 29.9.1998, Bailiff of this Court raided police station Green Town, Lahore at 4.00 p.m. He found both the alleged detenues to be detained in lock- up. On inquiry he was informed that both the alleged detenues stand involved in FIR No. 387, dated 21.9.1998 registered at the said police station. He was further informed that both the alleged detenues had been arrested on the same day and their arrest has been shown in Rapt No. 9 of daily diary dated 29.9.1998 maintained at the police station.
2. Since the alleged dentenues stand involved in the said FIR and their arrest has been shown in Rept. No. 9 of daily diary dated 29.9.1998, the instant petition has become infructuous.
3. On inquiry, it has been brought to the notice of this Court that both the alleged detenues were apprehended/detained at the police station on 20/21.9.1998.
Copies of this petition, this order and report of the Bailiff shall be sent to SSP Lahore for holding an inquiry into the Allegations levelled against concerned police officers and then the proceed against them in accordance with law.
4. Disposed of accordingly.
5. Amount of security be refunded to the petitioner.
