ORDER

1. The petitioner through this Constitutional petition has challenged his transfer order, dated 16-12- 1993. The petition came up for limine hearing on 9-1-1994, when the impugned order was suspended. In this way the petitioner had remained posted in the same school, even more than three years, A normal period of posting at one place on the basis of order issued by this Court.

2. This fact alone is sufficient to dismiss the writ petition. This is not all. The order seems to have been passed at the departmental level, therefore, writ A petition is not competent in view of Article 212 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
