KHALIL-UR-REHMAN RAMDAY, J. - The case in question stands registered at Multan and since the petitioner happens to be present here the only jurisdiction vesting in the Principal seat is to grant the petitioner interim bail to enable him to reach the Court of competent jurisdiction. The petitioner is admitted to interim pre-arrest bail till 22.5.1998, to enable him to reach Multan to approach the competent Court if he so deems necessary. This petition stands disposed of.
